Due to budget cuts, Florida State University is unable to pick up Sciphers production and mailing costs. I am pleased to announce, however, that we've been given this web space. Marilee Long and other officers are the inspiration for this web site. Now, their suggestion is quite practical. I wonder if at some point, we should publish Sciphers on-line -- exclusively. Please let me know what you think.
